Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.

Credit Card Purchases

For orders paid with a credit card, refunds are submitted to our payment processor daily. Once the refund is processed, it typically takes 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your bank to return the funds to your account. Unfortunately, this timeline is determined by your financial institution and is outside of our control.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before item(s) are shipped. A cancellation fee may apply. Once an order has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

Solvane Home reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Exceptions

Items marked as Special Order cannot be canceled or returned for any reason.

These items are charged at the time of purchase and are considered final sale (non-refundable).
