Price Match Policy

At Solvane Home, we are committed to offering competitive pricing on our selection of premium appliances and home products. If you find an eligible product advertised for less by a qualifying retailer, we may match the competitor’s price according to the terms below.

Price Match Eligibility

To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be identical to the product sold by Solvane Home, including the brand, model number, color, finish, size, features, accessories, and warranty.
The product must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original manufacturer packaging.
The product must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase from both Solvane Home and the competing retailer.
The competing retailer must be an authorized United States retailer for the applicable brand.
The competitor’s price must be publicly displayed and independently verifiable on the retailer’s website.
The competitor must be able to ship the product to the same delivery address provided to Solvane Home.
The price comparison must be based on the competitor’s total delivered price, including any mandatory shipping, handling, or delivery charges. Sales tax is excluded from the comparison because it may vary by location.

How to Request a Price Match

Price-match requests may be submitted before placing an order or within seven calendar days after placing an order, provided the product has not shipped.

To request a price match, contact Solvane Home and provide:

Your full name and contact information
The Solvane Home product link
The competitor’s product link
The competitor’s advertised price
Your Solvane Home order number, if the order has already been placed
Any additional information reasonably needed to verify the offer

Solvane Home will verify the competitor’s offer and notify you whether the request qualifies. The lower price must remain publicly available while the request is being reviewed.

Exclusions

Price matching is not available for:

Used, refurbished, reconditioned, open-box, scratch-and-dent, floor-model, display, returned, damaged, or previously owned products
Clearance, closeout, discontinued, liquidation, or going-out-of-business merchandise
Auction websites, marketplace sellers, third-party sellers, peer-to-peer platforms, or classified advertisements
Membership-only, employee-only, military, student, trade, builder, designer, contractor, or other restricted pricing
Prices requiring a paid membership, subscription, financing arrangement, trade-in, rebate, coupon, promotional code, gift card, loyalty reward, or minimum purchase
Bundle, package, volume, wholesale, negotiated, or special-order pricing
Pricing resulting from typographical, technical, listing, or advertising errors
Offers that cannot be independently verified
Offers from retailers that are not authorized by the manufacturer
Products for which price matching would violate manufacturer pricing requirements
Shipping, installation, removal, haul-away, extended warranty, protection-plan, or other service charges
Offers that have expired or products that are no longer available
Purchases made more than seven calendar days before the request
Orders that have already shipped

Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and similar marketplace offers qualify only when the product is sold and shipped directly by the platform itself, the platform is an authorized retailer for that brand, and every other requirement of this policy is satisfied. Offers from third-party marketplace sellers do not qualify.

Approved Price Adjustments

For an approved request made before purchase, Solvane Home will provide instructions for completing the purchase at the matched price.

For an approved request made after purchase but before shipment, the eligible difference will be refunded to the original payment method. Approved refunds will be issued in a timely manner, although processing time may vary by financial institution.

Price matches cannot be combined with other coupons, promotional codes, rebates, special pricing, or discounts unless Solvane Home expressly confirms otherwise in writing. Only one price adjustment may be issued per eligible item.

Verification and Policy Application

Eligibility is determined by the terms published on this page and the verifiable details of the competing offer. Solvane Home may contact the competing retailer or manufacturer to confirm product availability, authorization, pricing, and other relevant conditions.

If a request does not qualify, Solvane Home will explain which eligibility requirement was not met. Altered screenshots, expired offers, incomplete information, or unverifiable pricing will not be accepted.

Additional Terms

A price match does not modify the product warranty, shipping terms, cancellation terms, return eligibility, restocking fees, or refund conditions applicable to the order. Please review our Shipping Policy, Returns & Damages Policy, and Refund Policy before purchasing.

Solvane Home may update this policy prospectively. The version in effect when the customer places the order will apply to that purchase. Changes will not reduce an approved price adjustment or retroactively alter the terms of a completed purchase.
